The Center for the Study of International Medical Policies and Practices currently offers two courses within the Schar School of Policy and Government curriculum. These courses are Global Threats and Medical Practice and Public Policy in Global Health and Medical Practice. Both courses explore certain issues in health and medical policy and practices in the era of economic globalization and emerging threats to the global public health stability. They both count towards the concentration and certificate in Global Health and Medical Policy offered jointly with the College of Health and Human Services.
